Online Pharmacy Request Policy (Other Pharmacies)
As of 10/1/2021 we changed our policy regarding authorizing refills from pharmacies other than our own (in clinic or online). We will no longer be able to authorize refills by fax or phone from any outside pharmacies.* Due to widespread errors that happen with phoned, faxed and emailed prescriptions, and limited staff availability, we are no longer able to fax, email or phone authorizations to outside pharmacies. Legally we cannot just include or exclude certain pharmacies. We are happy to provide a written prescription for you to pick up (we cannot email as the script needs an original signature). We will text or email you notification when your written prescription is ready.
*Compounded medications will still be called in to specialized compounding pharmacies.
